Plot Summary: Welcome to the fascinating world of Gensokyo, where youkai, animals, and some humans live. It is completely separated from our world by a magical barrier. The only gateway that connects the two worlds is Hakurei Shrine. Reimu Hakurei is a maiden who works at the shrine. Whenever a problem of supernatural causes (called an "incident") arises, Reimu can go out with a friend to investigate, eliminate the cause, and hopefully restore Gensokyo to its original state.
